i havent bought it yet but all inclusive it may be around 11500 or so..but i find it expensive for piyush. did toll just before piyush will be a deterrant for price increase. i infact wanted to buy 2 plots but still think that probably omaxe may be a better choice.

Rs 11500/sqyds is a very good price for Piyush. Omaxe Ph-1 and Piyush are right next to each other so I expect toll to influence both of them equally. Omaxe and Piyush(slightly bigger plots) have different layout of the plots, so finally it comes down to your personal choice.

2 years back I had seen a Toll but did not find any toll when I visited the site around 1 year back..

There is suppose to be a toll once the Alwar-by pass is completed and officially inaugurated. According to few maps I saw, the location of the toll is suppose to be closer to Honda factory. Now, I am not sure if it could be close to the townships of Piyush/Omaxe or little bit farther down.

toll is just before piyush city..u have to shell out 45/- for a return ticket. but the road is really good now. when i visited piyush city 10 days ago..i felt like constructing house right then.it looks so clean and calm.
i m happy to initiate the process of buying a plot there. my dream of owning a plot could have come true only in bhiwadi.

whats about the by-pass road from NH-8?
is that ready too?

there is a big road besides honda factory..i think that connects to NH 8 near riwari or something.

Congratulations on buying a property in Piyush city.

I think what cookie is talking about is the by-pass that connects Nh-8(at dharuhera, in front of Hero Honda factory) to Bhiwadi at Bhiwadi- Sohna road. If thats what you were asking, then No, it is not complete yet.

There is one more road right around Honda plant that also cuts to NH-8, but it is slightly farther than Dharuhera. Connectivity is looking good in that area.

Exactly I am talking about the same road......
If even a small Mall gets operational in that area, Area would be happening
I would also like to construct my house and rent the 1st floor out and keep the ground floor for self -use on and often.

When can you start building at your Omaxe plot?

That by-pass road is going to be pretty good as it going to reduce the commuting a lot. Dwarkhadhis is the main owner of the land there and is also building that road. Lets see how things shape up.
