Default Piyush Plots

Piyush City is exactly on Bhiwadi-Alwar expressway.It is about 5-6 kms from Ashiana Chowk.
The booking price was Rs.4590/= Per Sq. yd. in 2007.Its come around Rs.5000/ with all additional charges i.e. EDC, IDC, Power Backup, Club Membership.PLC extra for corner plot & wider road etc.
Possession is expected next month.
Now the rate in secondry market is around Rs. 8000-8500 per sq yd.
Location is good as compared to omaxe because main entrance is right from the expressway.

I have already invested in Omaxe City -1, plots has appreciated decently. its has been long since I did not visit that area. I just wanted to know what all is going on in that area.
What progress has been made on 4 -lane Alwar Highway and any commercial/mall started since few were at advance stage when I had visited last time.

Yes, it is a decent location, if u have a long holding horizon . I visited Piyush about a month back, but was undecided on investing there, planning to revisit again in the next 5-8 days, so as to get better clarity & maybe book here .

Resale price is about 8000 psy for very decent locations . This is the price quoted by a few Brokers, so if somebody is serious, there is scope for some decent negotiations .

I see rates going upward only once the pink city expressway and 4-lane alwar highway are fully complete and operational.

The 4-lane alwar highway is about 80% complete and hopefully finish before the end of this year.

Can u pls advise the contacts of brokers who are dealing in Piyush City plots in Bhiwadi ? Would like to buy one as investment with 4 - 6 time horizon -any other suggestions would be welcome.

You have to visit the area and talk to the local dealers for a good deal. If can't do that, then start scanning the net and making calls.

Ashiana has a big mall/commercial shopping area which is pretty successful. In addition, Piyush city have Arcade as commercial shops project. Other than this, I am not aware of any other commercial activity with Omaxe, Avalon or Krish projects.

I have a plot in piyush city bhiwadi in A Block. I want to sell it with a 3-4 months payment time. How much should I expect. Please guide me.
