Incomplete house in Bhubaneswar
Hi there,
I was informed by some people that BDA in its recent communication has warned that BDA can take over the houses which have not been completed/constructed after possesion by house owners. Is it true? Was there any coomunication by BDA; Is there any deadlines etc. Any information on this would be useful. Regards, rknanda

Hi ,
Yes some people have received letters. Somebody had filed RTI why core houses are lying vacant in kalinga vihar(subudhipur area) and what all things BDA has done till now. BDA is afraid that if there is second RTI about what BDA done after 1st RTI then action is likely. So who ever is having this core house get a design passed by BDA and start constructing. |
