Land near Bhubaneswar
Hi,
I am looking for 4-5 acre cultivation land, may be 10-20 km away from city. This will be a long term investment. Purpose of this land is to build an educational institute after 5-10 yrs.... can anyone guide me which place will be good and cheap for this purpose... Thanks in advance... Joy. |

Don't do the education business as there are too many players now and many in the pipeline and in 5-10 years you will not find students.
