OSHB : Kharavela Enclave - Indian Real Estate Forum

Orissa State Housing Board (OSHB) has recently launched a premium high rise housing project at Dharamvihar, Jagamara, near Khandagiri square Bhubaneswar.

Customer bookings for Kharavela Enclave was over on 20th June 2011. Housing units at this 13 storied apartment building will be sold at about Rs 3,000 per square foot and the project will be ready by 2014. It appears to be expensive for the buyers.

Besides this does any one know:
- If this is a PPP and who is the builder.
- How the payment has to be made (does it go with monthly installment)
- How good is the project though the location seems to be good.
- The expected date of draw and number of applicants

The information booklet is silent on these. Also can someone tell me if I can get this transferred to my name post allotment (if alloted to one of my friends)?

Can someone throw some lights on such projects from OSHB.
