Thanks to viewers who have seen the post and also thanks to members who have inquired.
1. The plots are under sale only. We are not interested any sharing basis, as we feel it will be complicated and confusion to the customer. 2. Group registrations are welcomed and can be negotiated. 3. WE ALSO ENCOURAGE SUB- BROKER / MIDDLEMAN PROCEDURE. Please note that, A. The real estate business in Bhubaneswar is not well organized manner, as lot of un experienced/ un-professionals are in this field. however we see in future that, lot of professionals will be in this field. B. It is advisable to buy a plot and construct house of your own, as construction cost is advantageous in the favour of owner now. C. Purchasing readymade flat/ duplex should be avoided. ( Advantage: to avoid cumbersome building process. Disadvantage: quality of building comparison to purchased cost is very low) D. In general : the construction cost at Bhubaneswar is 1400/ sq. ft with good specification for a Duplex. Please make some things clear. 1. Are you a builder, an agent or an individual trying to sell own land? 2. Please share information about you and your agency (if any) as much as you can. Your past projects will help you build credibility. 2. If you are a builder selling land, what is your company's website and email address; I see only a personal gmail id. 3. Please share some other website addresses where you have made similar advertisements. We would like to check over there as well. Thanks, Satya |

If you are an upcoming builder, thewn you can build credibility and attarct more customers by offering installment options. Might not be spread over 3-4 years, but around 12 months, or even lower. People will like that option and will make land more affordable for them; it is just a suggestion.
Anyway, you wont be registering in their name untill full payment is made. |

If you have sold 800 plots then you should not have to explain your self or advertise in this forum. Sorry dear you will find it difficult to sell in this forum.

I have seen such advertisements and subsequently lots of confusion. Valid questions from Satya. I am still not very convinced even after visiting the suggested website. It may be a good case with a credible entity, but the anticidents needs to be checked to believe in such matters. I would wait for any member response in dealing in this case.
I am not very keen to risk my money at any cost. In the hope of making money or future, I must not lose my hard earned money. |
