Hi experts !

has anyone heard any reputation of a builder called Shubham something? I came across some plots available from that builder near IIIT. Its on the road thats off of the khandagiri-chandaka road.

any advice regarding the investment prospects in that area will be appreciated. Is Rs 330/sqft a fair price for the plots there?

Hi,

Kindly verify all the papers before proceeding. I don't know which subham you are mentioning here. If it's a Subham Eastcon then don't deal with them, as lot of complain are pending in cousmer complain side.

As far as subham builder, reputation is good as experienced by self. The actual rates near IIIT is around Rs. 250/ sq.ft at maximum, seeing the location and distance from town, further future developments in Bhubaneswar.

Please check the people who is selling the plots and verify the papers. Most of them are unemployed from nearby village and are fake. They generally target people living outside bhubaneswar.

I would like to know about JAISHREE HOMES PVT LTD and their hillviewresorts projects near Kantabada. It will be very much help full if anybody can give provide some information about their reputation in BBSR as builders.

Dear freinds.
I am exploring the oppertunity of buying on villa project from a builder called The touchwoood infra pvt ltd. they are coming up a 31 villa project in Khurdha town to jatani road near to NISER. pLS advice if any one know about the builder reputation and the location growth prospect. Regards
