Hi,
Can any one do any comparison between the 2 housing projects in terms of location, pricing,completion status etc....

Vipul is definitely much better as it is from a reputed builder and is a far superior product. But quality comes with a price. Its around 2000 per sq ft (with guaranteed excellent quality) but Hitech Plaza comes at 1500 per sft.
ALso, worth mentioning is Assotech (another reputed national builder)'s Cosmopolis project. (2200 sqft plus on NH5-Dumduma) These are both mini township projects with 10+ floors (never seen beore in BBSR), over 75% greenery, all 5 star amenitions. Moreover, Cosmopolis is now giving a discount plus 2 additional offers worth mentioning- hardwood floors in bedroom plus modular kitchen.
