this is my first posting in this forum.However i foud it my duty to expose the cheating & fraud of BPTP to this forum also.
THE CASE IN POINT IS BPTP PARKLAND
1.THE BPTP COLLECTED Rs 445/sq yd for IDC (infrastructure development fund )saying that this is to paid to HUDA/DTCP however their was no IDC applicable in 2005/2006.THe IDC was introduced in the haryana urban development rules only from 28/01/2008.
2.EDC-under the cover of revised edc as has been demanded by HUDA/DTCP ,the bptp ltd has added another around Rs 800/sq yd while raising a demand of EDC.
interestingly even at the time of application they have demanded Rs 1024/sq yd as the EDC amount though at that time it was around Rs 700/sq yd.
3.ON top of this they have not deposited the EDC/idc anount collected from buyers to the HUDA/DTCP.
4.this amount to collecting Servise tax and not depositing with govt/collecting Rs1000/against the requirement of Rs 700/=only.
5.The greed of BPTP does not stop here now they are demanding Rs1000/sq yd from the plot owners under electricity charges & swerage disposal charges though the swerage treatment & disposable plant is beeing made by HUDA.
The irony is that they are demanding this amount after they had given the possession of plots in august 2009 and in some cases even the registry has been done.

NOW we have made an association for BPTP parkland to fight them at a collective platform.

all those who feel very strongly that they are being cheated by BPTP ,this association will fight for there cause.

few days back read in news that there was a non bailable warrent against kabul chawla. Is kabul chawla in jail still or is he released?

What do you mean to say?? How can you justify when despite booking the unit in 2009 still the location is not confirmed the person who decide his budget based on availabilty of finance suddenly get rude shocked that super-duper area have increased. Is all these things are correct? Why should i not purchaed the flat from ordinary individual builder which is more reliable and with whom I can fight and negotiate.

Greater Faridabad Welfare Association Meets Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda For Complaining Against Greater Faridabad Builders - Faridabad Metro : Faridabad Metro

20 members from Greater Faridabad Welfare Association (GFWA) and other societies across Greater Faridabad area visited Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda residence at Delhi to inform and seek government assistance on problems faced by the property buyers in Sector 75 – 82 in Faridabad.

The group apprised Haryana CM about the Builders cheating the customers and making un-justified demand by them in the name of External Development Charges (EDC) and Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC).

Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda was told that all colonizers across Greater Faridabad Sectors 75 to 89 are making money in the name of EDC and IDC.and all those Builders are over charging above the Govt. demand notice.

This way builders are collecting extra funds from customers and filling their pockets with this money.

Haryana CM has assured the members of the societies that he will take action against the builder and also asked who is the “Main Builder” for this fraud.

Greater Faridabad Welfare Association (GFWA) CM that “BPTP” is the main culprit cheating and conducting malpractices majorly in Neharpar sectors and while other builders are also required to be brought into the audit ambit on malpractices.

Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda has assured the GFWA members that he will check on their complaints and make sure that builders are reined in.

This is not the first time this builder has cheated customers and hoodwinked state govt of revenues.. Check this instance in Gurgaon by the same builder
