Buying from B.P.T.P - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello ,
My name is rahul i m sw engineer .I m looking for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment in B.P.T.P but someone post here that they r fraudy their builder have no agreement yet to contruct property but they r ready to do so although they demand some 5lakh in advance . This is hard earned money n i m not going to invest it with a blind eye . so can anyone help me to know whether its right decision to invest in B.P.T.P apartments? or if where to invest in B.P.T.P there is area like parkland etc .

Hi Rahul
The best way is to survey for yourself. Why dont you ask BPTP directly or a trusted broker (if such a person exists) how many apartments have they delivered so far (residential apartments - not commercial property).
You'll get the answer. If you're positively surprised, do share with me as well please!

Hi Rahul,
I have invested in the BPTP The Resort project and bearing the consequences of being lured by big brand. I was allotted a unit and subsequently the tower was scrapped. They are big time cheaters and I have applied for refund. Let us see how long the fight for justice takes.

I think it seems some problem related to miscommunication please consult with any lawyer ,Because that is not proper way to solve that problem.

BTBP has duped many investors and buyers in past. The builder is quite unhelpful to the woes of the investors.As i have mentioned earlier, this builder is to be avoided at all cost.

These are just baseless rumors, BPTP is a stable group. I have properties both in Noida and Gurgaon, the staff is quite courteous and helpful. some projects might have been scrapped but that is happening with other builders also.

Don't get influenced by such half-truths

Regarding BPTP park prime sec66, here is the info
Park Prime, is spread over an area of 11 acres will house 466 units and will provide a mix of luxury 3, 4 and 5 BHK premium apartments with value added amenities. The project is launched at a basic sale price of Rs.2950 sq. ft. The size of the apartments in Park Prime will range from 1360 sq. ft, 1999 sq. ft and 2673 sq. ft.
