Buiying Process

Hey Everyone!

So we all are here with one common goal which is to invest in real estate in order to secure our future. I am a newbie to the whole real estate scene so my question is when I find a property of my choice what are the next steps?

i.e how much is the registration fees
documents required to purchase the land
and anything else that i need?
also is there a website where i can check to see who owned the land before me?

As per your question not common proceedings among all India states fees,Checking differ from one state to other state Where you would like to purchase property then contact some Local realtors they will tutor
