Hi Vikas,
What is the area of your flat and at what rate did you buy it? I read the ATS flats were sold at 1700psf around 2 years back and now it is 2500 psf .
Rs 800 psf is an excellent appreciation in two years.

I disposed off my 2200sqft ATS Prelude flat in September 2011 for 55.5L.

I enquired for a first floor flat 2200sq ft in ATS. I was said 62 lakhs by the ATS Salesperson for the same...Is it advisable to invest there at this price?

But frankly speaking i did go around lot of projects but have not come across any other ready to move in project in Chandigarh with such superb quality like ATS.
They are also coming up with Golf Course,School,Hospital and a Five Star Hotel which should definitely give appreciation in near future.

Do let me know any other good options otherwise for ready to move in for arnd 50 lakhs..

You will be able to get 1750 sq ft flat at "the Views" Emaar MGF Sector 105. Will probably have to wait 9-12 months to move in though.

Definitely a much better location. Can find the construction updates here.

Welcome to Mohali Hills

If you are looking to stay immediately then its your personal choice based on office, schools etc - but in general apartments in Mohali etc dont appreciate much and from these levels will be even harder. People will always prefer plots. You can get a 300 sq plot at ATS for about 44-45 lakhs and build something basic in 15-20 lakhs. In that case why would people buy apartments for 60 lakhs?

An international school is coming by soon
A 5 star hotel
And Two apartment projects already bring sold, one called prelude all sold, lifestyle a luxury launch
Gentry will matter
ATS is a luxury project

Hi SBS,

Appreciate your analysis. But i was wondering that a ready to move in option is always good than a future project. i visited Emaar a month back and did not see much activity and looks like that will not get possession before two years.
And if we compare Emaar 1750 sq ft apartment at 60lakhs , ATS 2200sqft will have below advantages.:-

2200 sq ft
Ready to Move in
Reputed Builder
Delhi Highway
Golf Link
Five Star
Leading School
Leading Hospital

This is just my analysis.

I dont know, but i liked the construction of ATS more superior than any other projects in tricity.
Anyone, Let me know if i can get a ready to move in option with such quality ANYWHERE in tricity anrd 2000 sqft ranging from 50-60 lakhs, i will be more than interested.

I think you can try Bollywood Heights , esp floors 3-6 should come well within your budget.
Another option(around 40-45) could be Spangle Condos.
