There is a good chance for the increase in business of properties in the cities of Chandigarh and Panchkula because of setting up of the IT parks in these cities.One can expect very good return in the Property Segments.

No doubt There is a good scope for people in property business in the cities of Chandigarh and Panchkula due to the in flow of lot of MNC and the IT related companies ( call centres , Software companies) comming up in a big way to the IT parks in these cities.

But unfortunately the developement is really snali slow at least in Panchkula, as the IT park Location is not even made well connected and maintained as compaired to that of Chandigarh ( Kishan Garh AREA).

What do you say.
