Hello Everyone,

This is my first post ever on this site. I know DLF has a good brand name in India but just wondering about this project. I am interested in investing but not sure about the viability of this project. Can anyone suggest me, if anyone bought an independent floor here and at what price have you booked it and what is the current price, just to compare it? And, for how long you have to wait before even you can re-sell it ? Is anyone selling it right now? I know I am asking too many question but it will help me in making my mind up, weather to invest here or not.

the current rate for the new booking is 4000 per sqft for second floor 4400 per sqft for first floor and rs 5000 for ground floor....the project is doin very well...and our clients are really haapy after seeing the appreciation....the construction is goin on in full swing....you can pm me your email id...and i will send full details to you regarding this....

I have invested in this project and the project is excellent.I bought the ground floor at 2000 psf and know it is 5150 psf.I think its to costly at the moment but I estimate that in the long run ity will be 7500psf+ as in panchkula the land is scarce and land is costlier than ggn.At this point it may be viable to book an ireo apt at 3700.

The price 5150 psf is set by the company or is it a selling price in open market ?

I dont know much about IREO, never heard of it actually, is that an Indian company ?

Ireo One good seems to good project and better location once the dam is ready one can make a bet on it

ireo is booking apts in soft launch at 3700 per sft whereas one can also get the dlf independent floor at the same price in resale.Which is a better company out of the two? Secondly, what exactly is the difference between the independent floor and an apartment and which out of the two is a better option and has a better scope for appreciation?Could any body pl guide me

What is the current construction status of this project? What is the resale rate going on for Phase 1 ?
