i have visited the villages in mohali and chandigarh (maloa, jugnagar, baltana)
the property rates are so higher even u didnot get parking space and parks nearby house.
and aerocity has both.
if buyer is aware of these factors, then he definitly pay for these. the premium is only down because till now there is no allotment of these plots.
