Default GMADA AEROCITY,winners way forward and other relevant info.

Anybody visited the site and have any info of on the ground developments? Anybody with photographs of the site?
Also what about the amount deposited, will we get something from gmada,or just that we keep on depositing installments and in the end only we get some info. what about draw for plot numbers?
Any info about the premiums after the metro news?

I think its fluctuating between 23-27k depending on size, smaller ones getting higher premium.

Premiums are in the 18 thousand range now. Slightly off with new amount due + general slow down in area.

Sbsbpo and Fellow members :-

a) Is premium varies based on size of plot there ? what wld be for 1 kanal (500 sqyards)

b) How much time/days? it takes for GMADA to transfer the plot to new buyer

c) My assumption is - Seller pays 1% fee + 1000 fee - Is that true ?

so basically the cost wld be = Permium + any installments paid + broker fee(1%)

ATLGuy,

1. Right now premiums have pretty much evened out. However, during the initial days I know of two guys who sold their 1 kanal plots for 1 cr and 86 Lakhs respectively.

2. Once the orginal applicant gets the Letter of Allotment, not too much time. Property dealer does all the running around, so not too many hassles.

3. The couple of deals I have seen- cost for the buyer= premium + installments + 1% commission.

The premium would be 75-90 lakhs for 1 kanal - obviously depends on what you can negotiate. Paid amount (15 lakhs for 1 kanal) + premium + 1% whether you are buyer or seller

Transfer process is very smooth.

Sbsbpo - 75L is 3.75 per marla - isn't that the permium when result was out ..Are you saying permium are still same ? Hard to believe that( See Gurdial comments too - " Right now premiums have pretty much evened out." and i wld have expected same as 75-80L doesn't make sense ....

What's the reality here ?
