GMADA - plot auction mohali
i am curious to know the opinion of fellow members on recent auction by gmada for residential plots.
How is the pricing? Is it worth evaluating for investment? 144sq yard plot in sector 56 has reserve price of 58 lakhs, how far do you think this would go in auction? |
