hello. guys.. why you all r in a panic mode... the only problem is the bad remours about ms&co. .. guys if you r in such a worry so my advice is just go to their office ask them for clear picture if you don't get the picture clear just ask them to give your money back .. but the only problem is that the they r not going to give you any interest on your amount.... so if you want your money back they r ready to give your money back they r not like altus or sky rock co. who just taking the land on lease & and selling the plot by saying that this land belongs to sky rock co. beware frinds they don't have any land bank they are just taken the land on lease moreover the altus r also not giving the moneyback to the people who not satisfied from this project. frinds clu to ahh jayi gi becoz they have to run the company .. they donot want to flop his own company by not taking the clu.. so plz clam down .. don't believe on this remours of such a bullshit people ... if you want to believe just to their office and take your refund ...

I am not here to misguide anyone here, i myself was searching for the status if any update is there so came across this link, from where I got to know that there was some notice against MS & Co. you have proved that "Neki kar dariya mein daal" Man...

I did not say that they shown us the original copy, and i quoted what i saw with my own eyes, and I also said that we have gone to GMADA office too, where DTPO told me that MS & Co has not applied. I have seen there were no signatures on the document, the same fact me and my friend were also dicussing, but i had seen a stamp in which "Puda" and "diary number" was mentioned. I cant say it was authentic, or what it the impartance of that document, but i am saying what i saw. And I said that it has this date, where as to my doubt they said they appliead afterwards. but i cant say anything further...nor i could ask them that this is forged, he will simply say you can get you money back if you dont trust us. so better you do it, i ahve already gone to GMADA and MS office, and shared the information for all

If you see me too optimistic then similar way i see you too passimistic, so it is the way how you see things.

when I invested, i knew since there was no approval there is a risk involved of not getting the approval. So in the end you only have choice to get your money back, Which obviously you are not going to do immediately. infact nobody from us. But what can we do is visit there office as many as we can and show them we are concerned and it will infact put a pressure on them. and in next 1-2 month pitcure should be clearer.

And if you see me as agent of MS & Co, i can think of you as agent of rivals, but lets argu on the basis of facts in the interest of everybody.
you are hiding under the name of "coolhead" I have clear name which you can easily search on google and get to know who and what i am.

and there is one common thing which took us to this forum that we have invested the money in MS.

Dear Friend,

There is lot of confusion on claims by MS & Co on the real status of the project. To clear the air, it was requested to post the scanned copy of the document referred in your post, since u had visited their office.

Now, u have yourself accepted that there were no signatures on the CLU application which the company had shown u. So the referred document has no meaning and it is evident that the company has not applied for CLU yet.

One thing is clear that MS & Co is in no hurry to apply for the CLU, therefore, taking cognizance of GMADA notice, one can send a copy of the booking to GMADA office by registered post before 15.09.2012 and let GMADA atleast put pressure on the company to apply for CLU at the earliest instead of lingering on for years.

Well may be you are right but it doesnt make sense. Why would MNS delay their application for the CLU when they know that most of their (due) payments are contingent upon the approval?

I am in the same boat and being optimistic is the only option I see for myself. I hope MNS straighten out this CLU chaos at the earliest and bring us all some relief and smiles.

Every bit of information will be helpful here even if its not validated so please keep sharing.

Why don't we decide on a common date convinient for the majority and then collectively go to Manohar's office to dig out the details. We can meet at a common place on the date/time set and march to their office.

That is a good idea. Unfortunately, I am out of India and would not be able to join in but will certainly appreciate you guys there leading the efforts.

Please do post here if you guys plan a collective effort to meet with MNS folks. At least I can send a my representative.

It seems the panic mood is over. Nobody talking about it anymore. Heard from a trusted property dealer that it was a move by competitors to take advantage. Also talked to Manohar's office and they are maintaining that CLU would be there in 1-2 months timeframe.

Anybody has taken refund ? Please share your experience.

When they say competitors, I really dont get what they mean:

DLF/Omaxe wont care about MS and Company.
GMADA has its own repute.
IAS/IPS is sold out society and much beyond the reach of an average investor.

So the only ones left to compete are Altus/Skyrock or even smaller players. Is it what they are referring to ?
