Hi All
I am intersted in putting some money in Real estate in Chandigarh. I can put not much down but just little bit about Rs 5-10 Lakh and rest I can borrow from bank.I know that's not a lot of money but for the time being i don't have any choice. Can anyone please tell me which places in Chandigarh are good to invest (with my budget to get best return after 3-5 years)? I can buy flats or i can put money for builders interested in building homes/flats for future or i can just buy some land.I am not sure right now how i am going to use my money. It all depends on the prices and the return I am going to get. I request group to please let me know about the reliable resources to put money, in which area of real estate to put money to get good returns . I need your guidance guys. I also appreciate if anybody tell me about the reliable property resources and good bank to ask for loan. Thanks a lot for ur help in advance
