What are the approximate prices for the Sec 117 plots?

BTW, even divine city looked fine but I am not sure of the consequences of it being in Kharar instead of Gmada.

i also got a call from om divine world for plots...i want to know more about divineworld? is this project genuine ?

I am not too sure. When I enquired they mentioned that this does not fall under gmada and approval has been taken from I think Kharar MC. So Gmada rules don't apply to this scheme.
However I was not sure whether the approval they had was valid or not.

To give you an indication Kharar MC gives you approval for cutting plots if you have an area of 10 acres and plus. Gmada has 100 acres criteria.....

Same goes for the facilities that a development is required to provide with easy approvals in Kharar MC due to money under the table. GMADA is quite strict though money flows for these as well.....so the rate difference.

Guys, dont confuse MC limits with GMADA. GMADA is a development authority responsible for developing Greater Mohali. It has divided Mohali upto Sector 127(see Jurong Map). MC is responsible for managing the sector and making it livable(like water/severage bla bla other approvals). Once developed a GMADA sector may be under Kharar MC or Mohali MC. Though its true that under the table money in Kharar MC drives the development faster.

what is the prospective of eco homes??? they said deposit 15% and balance on possession. independent floor ground floor about 36-37 lacs

Hi everybody,
in today advertisement dated 7 april divine world is offering plots at 18000 per sq yd. further negotiations can be done. However gillco is offering at 21000 per sq yard ready for possession plots.
