Unitech Plots in Greater Mohali - Indian Real Estate Forum

Last time in 2011 mid when i visited the project they were making progress on the apartments they were building and had some finished apartments too.
Also they had the roads carved out but no tar there.

How is the current state of progress on the Unitech plots in Greater Mohali.

Have they started giving possession on the plots.

No possession yet. I have a couple of friends who were promised possession of 358 sq yards plot in November 2011 but company said that it will take atleast 1 more year. The executive apartments are still building !!

Company is saying plots will be handed over in second quarter( Apr - Jun). Should we form a Yahoo group?

Considering the current market situation of Unitech, be prepared that the plots might not be handed over at that time as well !!

But then whole real estate sector is like that. Emmar does not even have land! Similarly there are delays in DLF projects.

I reckon we should form user group and collectively go to Unitech and ask them for delivery.

is there anything latest from Unitech on this? Last I heard they will offer possesion from May onwwards.

I visited Unitech and they have some flats ready and they are also cutting out plots area but i think the work is not nearways completion. I dont think there is any chance of getting the possession of the plots.
