Is 3300 Rupees per SQ.Foot worth
Dear Friends,
Can any one who knows about Sri Perumbadur please advise me that a square foot costing at 3300 IRS for Prince Residenzia ( Near Toll Plaza and Sri Venkateswara Engg College) at Sri Perumbadur being built by Prince Foundation is worth buying now? Thanks in advance..... |

I saw the price is 2650Rs around. The breakup I got said 2150 for construction cost and 300 per sf land cost and rest for aminities I guess. About the timing, I am not sure. I see many posting the prices are comming down. I personally don't think it will for Sriperambattur but thats just my opinion.
