I am also still waiting for refund of my huge booking amount.I booked at santhosapuram project. Sir, Only way is ,all the members those who are cancelled or want to cancel form a group and take severe action against them either by law or through the police.
Its already too late.Aditya Enclave is also an eye wash project. Simply,they are starting a project to make money from customers only.Thats all .No other aim in their mind. They are all trained cheaters.
So, pls contact me those who are cancelled,give your suggestions,i will also bring my suggestions and we should make a decision seriously.

I have been following thread since few weeks. Sorry guys....hope the issue will be sorted out soon. Friends...pls form a group and immediately take legal step against the builder.

Hi,

Guys who doesn't know this. The Aditya Futura Project is dropped since the builder was trying to cheat the land owner as well. The power has been cancelled and the advertisement vinyl board is removed. Their office and Restaurant at Mount Road remains closed and nobody knows where the builder is. The builder has taken anticipatory bail and I heard he has bribed many people to escape from this.
Also the Old Pallavaram Project might also get dropped soon, I heard there is some issue with the land owner there as well. Literally, We are screwed from all sides.
Myself and my sister booked 2 flats in the apartment and we even paid a huge amount(My father's retirement fund :-( ) on August 2010 and we did not get back any money or response on the construction. We are not sure how to fight this since he is all prepared and has taken anticipatory bail, with the money he got from us, he has bribed many officials and living safely somewhere. Only way to fight this is to form a team with all the victims, get together, discuss the issue and make complaint together at the highest level that we could register a non-bailable complaint. I'm very much worried since its my father's hard earned money and it was his dream to present me n my sister a home.
