Advice on Plot rate in Perumbakkam
Today I got a chance to check the plot area by the Annai builders in Varadha Puram, Perumbakkam. It is close to Chettinad Housing.
I am hearing that the price per SqFt is around 2100 in Perumbakkam area. Advice me is this the reasonable price? Also is it worth to buy from Annai builders? |
