Could you pls. provide some contacts/promoters on buying agricultural lands/farm lands.
Pls. provide some good location.
I am interested to buy this for doing farming.
Budget - 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre

If your only purpose is farming (without a future objective of selling the land at an appreciation),instead of buying 1/4 acre near Chennai,try to buy land down south with Good water supply,like Kumbakonam,Thanjavur area.Even agricultural lands within 100 KM radius of Chennai have Become very expensive.

Hi Corvette,
I have seen some thing about the agro farming business. Some are selling farm lands (1/2, 1/4 acre) with amla, teak & coconut planted and it has monthly benefits on selling the agri products (amla, cocount).

Also some people are selling farm house lands (having all fruit bearing plants planted in that area with a little farm house has to constructed on our own).

But the main problem of both them is the distance from chennai. All these projects are in out skirts of tindivanam, villupuram, pondy road etc.

Could you please throw some lights on this.

If you are looking for a low budget agricultural land, you can better try in places beyod Thiruvallur on Chennai-Arakkonam Train route in places like Thiruvalangadu,Manavur etc.

We have farm land Vedanthangal SH 70 ft road with good frontage on main road; with 2 year old fruit bearing tree plantations; near to thentirupathy temple. near by housing projects. 4 KM from GST ; Reasonable rate; Reach me 99625 65400
