Any experience with Bougenvilla Project Porur?

This Alliance guy was quoting 2cr for a 1ground plot with villa way back in 2004 when price of land in Vadapalani (btw this Alliance is not in Porur...it is near Ramachandra college...almost on the edge of Poonamalle) was just 40L a ground. Now with Vadapalani land at around 2.5C per ground, if alliance sells at 2cr for same config you can think of taking it!
