Dear Friends,

I wanted to buy a plot in Kolathur close to NH road and i got a proposal for vacant land in annapoorna nagar close to 100ft road from nethaji circle to moolakadai.

I heard there are two projects coming up in that place with flats up to 100 promoted by Himayam builders and 300 flats promoted by a private party and some commercial complex.

I know that there are lots of experts in this forum giving very valuable inputs/feedback for people like me.

I wanted to get some opinion about buying this plot and is it worth investing. Could you pls share more information about this area and its future.

Approval: CMDA approved with G+1 plan.
Plot size: 2400 sq.ft
Price: 80 Lakhs.
Road width: Cornet plot with 3 side 24ft road.
Location: 150m from GNT road (100ft).

This location is on left side , between nethaji circle to moolakadai. The road is called Erukenjeri road
If you know Padi junction , from that its a National highway which goes towards redhills.
From Padi the next stop will be retayeri and then a roundabout junction which is called nethaji circle in that circle taking a right turn connects to this erukenjeri road which goes to moolakadai and then upto basin bridge etc.

This location is just opposite to madhavaram , falls towards kolathur.
