I have visited the project by MM builders in IOB colony selaiyur and they are quoting price as 3500/sqft

Any some one share your opinion about price,area?

They are also doing project in Sembakkam Durga colony (50mts from Velachery main road) - Price rs 3400/sqft

not worth above 3000/- you can get 4000/- in velachery why buy here.

A kind suggestion please don't go for any property from m.m. builder selaiyur..

There are lot of reasons
1) not delivering the project on time
2) putting low cost product (sanitary ware)
3) charging money for everything
4) Electrification, plumbing, painting are not worthy to buy from the builder

There are a lot of things which we are experiencing right now.. Please avoid buying from this builder.

He will accept everything what ever you say but when it comes to delivery he will not do.

Here are only few reasons I said, there are infact a lot of them.. my hard spent money has been looted , cheated.. there are a lot of proofs which we have... if you can visit any of the new projects of him you will understand,

See the wall (cracks) , laying of tiles , sanitary wares ( even though its customizable) , plumming, outer wall paints .. additional costs.. (Hidden)

Let me know if you guys need any help but avoid getting a home from this builder, the interesting thing is they are dealing in two projects 1) m.m. builder property and other one is 2) Dream homes..
