Hi,

I am looking to buy an apartment in Manhindra city Iris Court. Does someone have details of availability and existing recent rate deals that have happenned lately.

Are there any drawbacks of this property.

In my opinion you should concentrate on perungalathur, vandalur areas which are booming up with developments. It's not advisable to go beyond Urapakkam.

In case if you are working at Mahindra World City you can proceed with that area.

Thanks but yes I would like to go ahead with Mahindra city so want to know the best negotiable rate that I should deal on for apartments there. Would be good if someone guides the same.

If you are planning to live, it is ok. If you plan to give for rent, it is not a wise decision as rental market is poor in MWC area

Apartment will cost you Rs 60 lacs and rent will be 8000

May I know the size of apartment and per squarefeet rate at mahindra city. We are planning to live there.
