Iam planning to buy a flat in adambakkam, city link road,
Can any one help to provide the price trend around this area(the builder is quoting 4300).

It is high.

Price should not be more than Rs 3200-3500 per sqft

Guess its a bit on high end for the existing market rate. Rajalakshmi nagar on velachery is being quoted at Rs 4200/-.

Rs.4300/sq.ft at adambakkam is quite interesting!!! immediate neighbouring areas in Velachery are quoting at Rs.3800/sq.ft.

Can you pass information on the builder related to rajalaskshmi nagar?

I had enquired with few builders and they were quoting from 4500- 5000 per sq ft but said it was negotiable.

i have a colleague who stays in adambakkam and he said 4000-4250 is a decent rate for NGO colony,which made me bit surprised.
