apartment prices near 200 ft road, Nolambur - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all,
Is buying a flat near 200ft road at Nolambur (Chennai) a good idea? What is a good price? VGn is quoting 3175/sq ft but others are demanding more..any suggestions?

Ya ...they quote 3175/sq.ft, but came down to 2975/sq.ft after bargaining...so must try to bring the rate down further....i think its good location and VGN have a good reputation in general

DABC Mithilam is advertised for 3,200/- but I heard they are giving for 3,100/- or even 3,000/- About 100 apartments are available.
