Hi dears,

I am interested on Avadi plots near Veltech Engg Collage. Please advice the location and advantage and disadvantage of the location and how about the water??????????

BTW what is the going rate per Ground in that area.

Avadi veltech college is everywhere in the paper ads. The going rate of panchayat approved plot is Rs.200/- sq.ft and there seems to be no DTCP appoved plots in that area as far as I have seen.
Please who have seen the area may please comment !!

The area as such is in close proximity to defence establishments and airforce land.So the potential for great developments to come up is questionable.Well thats my view..The upcoming ORR also doesnt do much to this area in terms of connectivity.Maybe in abt 5-6 yrs u may see some developments when the city expands.

My mom had about 4000 sft of land in that area and sold it for 4.5lakhs.I am not what kind of approval it had.Reason to sell was that there is no one to look after it and she was happy to pocket the profits.This was bought abt 15 yrs back for abt 20K ...Iam sure the broker made handsome profits but she was fine with it and we cud not do much abt it...

PS; I ahve not visited the area recently,things may have changed.
