Balchandra Iris - Analysis & Views
Hi All,
I recently came across a project called Iris near Medavakkam. This is by Balchandra Builders. On further googling i could not find any reviews about this builder or the project. Builder doesnot have many residential projects till date. Only an apartment in Adyar and another 4* star hotel opening shrotly in OMR. Can some of you share about things that need to be confirmed before buying a flat there. they are quting 3500psqft. Any info would be highly useful -Regards, Vikram |
