Has anyone booked flat in Bhaggyam Griha at Thoraipakkam, OMR. Heard it is facing issues related to land ceiling act and not yet approved by CMDA. But the builder says they will be be able to secure approval before Jan 2012. Pls advise about this builder and whether to book a flat with such issue.

Hi,
I am too interested in this project. The last time I spoke to them they had offered 4800 per sq ft. Any feedback/information on the builder and the issue mentioned above would be great. Thanks in Advance |

I have tried searching about the builder and did not find much information. In a way its ok b'cos there are not many complaints like other builders and the general attitude of ppl only complaining in forums.
Auramills did not suite me cos it was not in my budget. regards |

Dont think there are any available. Quality seems to be good, and no great delay like most of the big builders. UDS is also pretty good. Thats what got me interested in the first place.

I am looking for 3 BHK in Bhaggyam Griha...Any word on the water at Griha?
I heard water is good in Bhaggyam Urban ville which is recently completed.. Auramills is on OMR right next to ASV suntech park. There is a pedestrian bridge right at its entrance and also it is too crowded at this place due to a bus stop at the door of this building. Also, 5800 per sqft is way too high at Thoraipakkam. Going rate is 4500-4800 per sqft |

Water in Urban Ville seemed good, did not taste salty. One of the guys told me he would give me a demo of the treatment plant and we could take samples and test it for ourselves.
He said Griha will have the same treatment plant. Spoke to one of the guys in an industry near by and he said water is ok the water from the bore was not salty. But I ve heard there is a lot of iron content in the water. Any news on the approval? |
