Hi friends,

I need inputs from you before going ahead and purchasing the land.

How can we build a house in 1173 (1/2 ground approx) land.

As per rules if i leave 5 ft in each side and front & back i will just have some 550 sqft of land , how can i build a 2 bhk or 3 bhk in such a small place

I really have no clue on that and i want to construct without any deviation

What is the dimension of your plot (frontage and width)? You can build a 2BHK house with a car park. Are you planning for one floor or two? If one floor then you can build 2BHK. If two floors (G+1) then you can go for 3BHK. The critical parameter is your frontage. Bigger frontage gives a better look of the house and room for carpark/porch. Your buildup coverage can be around 65 to 70% of your plot area.
