Sorry. I saw your message today only. When I was visiting this plot, I came to know that there were quite a few plots that were coming up for sale in that area but the owners were quoting higher prices for those. Please let me know your email id, where I can reach you.

dear trustme, please provide the information, from where the 100ft road from pallikaranai starts till perumbakkam..as i'm planning to buy a plot in pallikaranai, it would be help me in searching..
