Hi,

Is it worth buying Plot near Potheri in GST Road in chennai. The asking price is around 900? sq ft. which is about 1 km from GST Road. Please Advice.

hi, i have bought a plot opp to VGN Southern county ,i have bought for 1333/-... Advantage i feel is Just Opp to Upcoming Apartment project.

please advice.

Hi,
Pls. check the location during winter. I have visited 1 month back and definitely this is a low lying area. There is a lake called kavanur lake behind the VIP housing plots.
Be cautious while buying in this area.

U can expect decent appreciation in this locality.
That too if its located close to GST Rd, it shud be a good bet.
