Commercial Real Estate Price in Chennai
what are the rates for commercial office space in Chennai.in areas like Egmore?
Anyone have a ballpark figure of rate per sq ft. My relatives have been speaking to some brokers and anything about 2000 sqft costs 2 crores. Also if a tenant is paying 1 lac of rent, the rate is 2 crores, no matter how small the space is. Are these the prevailing market rates? Do you think the prices will fall...? |
