Could someone let me know the following: 1. Price trend for a land area of shop/building around 1/2 ground. 2. Expected rental for a built up area (Approx. double - 1 ground) 2. Road widening (Enchorachment clearance) actions if any in this area 3. Documents to verify before considering the deal. Is it worth to consider the investment now or to wait a while? Please give your response.
