hi all,

my builder got the planning and building permit for constructing a apartments for 2 years (upto2014). But by mistake survey numbers are missing one digit. typo mistake. However next & before survey numbers are seems to be continuous.

I have asked the builder to rectify the typo mistake in gov. records.But he says this permit is only for 2 years and will get expire and moreover if i want to rectify it will take lakhs of ruppees so better don't consider.

in this connection i having following doubts

1.Whether my loan will be sanctioned

2.what would the problem in future (during resale)

3.what are the legal issues will i get if not rectified.

4.whether will it take really lakhs of ruppees to rectify as builder says

5.what would be the exact resolution for this issue.

please clarify and guide me.
