Post Cost at ramavaram

I am getting a 5 yr old flat at ramavaram for 28 lacs...

it is a 2 bhk with 980 sqft super built up.. is it worth it.

please let me know..!!!!

look around the area you might end up getting a new one at that price and end up paying lesser stamp duty.

I would suggest go by the undivided share of land available.
The market rate for 2400 sqft in ramavaram is in the range of
75 lk to 90 lk.. So this is all ur investment will be for. The flat
after 5 years is gonna yeild only rental returns. In the end
the money u are investing is for the land.

A new flat costs around 40 -45 lkhs for 1000 sq ft and if reputed
builders it is about 70 lkhs.
