Fee for Legal check
My Brother planned to purchase a land and got EC from Taluk office. Now he is going to check the Document by Legal advocate.Is it necessary?? How much fee need to pay for the advocate?

Yes legal is a must, most of all u must hire a lawer who is an expert in prop related issues, a lawers opinion is just an expert opinion and things still go wrong even after ur best intensions, hence the lawers experience does matter. fee varies from lawers, in the range of 2500 to 5000.,IN MY OPINION U MUST READ THRU AND MAKE A CHART ON HOW THE PROPERTY HAS CHANGED HANDS, CREATE TABULATIONS,SEE THE MISSING LINKS AND THEN CONSULT LAWER,THAT WAY U CAN ALSO CONTRIBUTE
