Future Appreciation
I have proposed to purchase a flat in Perungalathur near Tambaram. What is the prospects. Whether investment there is worth in terms of getting a good appreciation in th months to come. The cost per sq ft is close to 2350/-.

You can negotiate the price, at present promotors are having difficulty in selling their flats. For this area i feel that the price is bit on the higher side. Not sure about the appreciation though as the price is already high.
