reputed builders have been the cause of mental harassment to hundreds of buyers recently to name the big ones DLF,hirnandani.jains,akshaya,doshi,etc.

buy on the merits of the project,
check the legal pay the land cost
and then pay the const cost stage wise.
most of the builders give the same specs in the structure based on the opinion of a structural engg.

many have been taken for a ride by blind faith in names and brands.
wake up consumer,jaagore.

Very interior from velachery-tambaram main road. In Chennai it is always better to reside in main road or very close to main road. Interior locations always have narrow roads. Shops, commercial establishments and pedestrians will occupy these narrow roads during peak hours. Builder will not solve these civic problems. Even if price is more better to buy near main road.
