gated community villa houses in Chennai

Hello
Does anyone know the villa projects in Chennai especially in the north and west? I have visited Agni estates Fairyland project in Porur just behind Ramachandra College. 1530 sft plot area with 2119 sft builtup area costs Rs.74.9L including registration. Is that area good for living and also for appreciation of the property?
Any other villa projects in Chennai with convenient transport to the city centre?

There are quite alot of independent house/villa development are going around city. To my knowledge, Bollineni Hillside near Medavakkam, Geejay homes near Medavakkam and some more on Tambaram - Mudichur and Tambaram-Vandalur belt ( I don't remember the builder names. ).

I don't have any idea abt developments in North and West part of city.

I hope alot more developments going to happen in Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road in near future but, I don't have definite details.

For that price you can buy 1 Ground in Porur and build a house.

1G is 50L and you can build a house for 25L.

At least no sharing the title, common area and maintenance issue

Hi Subbu

You can have a look at Annai Builders, Perumbakkam. Its a Gated community & plot sized from 1400-3000 sq ft.

For a 1400sq ft plot, with Built up area 1500 sq ft. It comes about 49.2L including Registration). As it is close to Sholinganallur, i think it is a good deal.
