In Geruhambakkam, Easwari Garden, builder offers 800 S.ft (20x40) plot with a built up area of 1185 S.ft (521 GF + 664 FF). Price is 25 L including Registration, EB and other things. Construction to be started after booking. The place is looking like a village though situated ½ km away from Porur – Kundrathur main Road.

Any friends have knowledge abt the area. Pl advice me about the area, water logging, ground water, any scope for future development, etc.

Price seems to be normal. Considering 30 lacks/ground, 800 s.ft comes for 10 lacks.

For 1185 sq.ft, 1185 * 1250 = 24.8 Lacks

But we don't know the specification.

You can try to press for another 1 - 2 lacks

I was about to give token advance for the land near by arjun garden (bharathi nagar). but when searched the net, i came to know that this area almost comes under the Aiport runway expansion project. im not 100% sure. please check w/ somebody who is familiar about this project.

thanks for ur advice. dropped the idea of purchasing it since i am not convinced with the location.
