Green 201 - Green Tree Homes & Ventures - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear Friends,

Is Green 201 in SIPCOT IT Park Siruseri a good flat to buy ? Green Tree Homes & Ventures is the developer and this is their 1st project. I was informed that Founders of Green Tree Homes were architects/directors in Ten Square. Though GreenTree has not delivered any project so far, TenSquare had delivered projects like Oak Tree, Mayflower, Orchards. Please share your positives and negatives about these projects and the developers. Thanks !

Also, Green 201 is going to be constructed using precast RCC structure. Please share your thoughts about this construction technique as well.

You can confidently buy with green 201. It is closer to sipcot hence rental and resale value will be high.

Check the details regarding the water and parking facility. It sounds hi-fi but something which is done done anywhere else in Chennai. Big risk, check before you want to go for it.
