Help needed in buying a flat near Madipakkam. - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear all,

I'm planning to buy a flat in Sankaradass Street, Ramalinga Nagar Extn, Madipakkam. I heard from many of my friends that water stagnation during rainy season is worst in this area. I want your opinion regarding this. And also please tell me the pros and cons of that area.

The flat is quoted for 31L (910 sq. ft.)

Kindly, tell me your suggestions.

Perungudi Omr is best area to invest and the appreciation will go good.In perungudi buy a land in Tele Nagar or flat .There are many builders constructed flats which they are saying Rs2600 Per.Sqft.
