Question Help: Property in West Tambaram

Hi,

My father has identified a property in West Tambaram. It is next to the service lane of the Chennai Bypass road. Property is in the first floor of the building with G+1. It is bigger than 1500 sq. ft.

The trouble is it has already been registered to a person in Sep '09. But due to business trouble, they are selling it again. They had occupied the house for 3 months.

Please advice on what to look for and what not to look for. Also, if possible, please let me know the going rate for the area between where the Mudichur Road and Darkas Road along the Chennai Bypass.

Thanks in advance for all your help!!

Regards,

It is possible the current new owner could have discovered a major issue with the property such as government acquisition plans to widen the road etc.

Default Help: Property in West Tambaram Reply to Thread

1.Check out with neighbours
2.Water stagnation could be the reason (as its low lying area)
3.Govt acquistion could be
4.Get EC to check whether it got any problems which the current overlooked.

There is defintely an issue if he is selling in 3 months .

If you feel there is risk stay away, its your hard earned money.

My advice is always stay away from goverment projects you will never know
