I’m planning to construct ground plus one individual house on my plot.
I inquired some contracts. Thir are tell that the plot soil is soft so that I need to do pile foundation.

I like to know how much the pile foundation will cost ?
What will be cost different betwn normal foundation and pile foundation?

Kindly clarify my doubts. Thanks in advance
